Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing knee replacement surgery in the First Hospital of Hebei Medical University; 2. ASA Grade ?~?; 3. Age >= 65 years old; 4. Not participating in other clinical trials; 5. Patients who can understand and comply with the study and sign the informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cognitive dysfunction (MMSE score < 23 points), severe anxiety (Hamilton HAMA=29 points), and severe depression (Hamilton Depression Scale HAMD=24 points) before surgery; 2. People with consciousness disorder or severe visual, auditory, or language communication disorder; 3. long-term use of sedative sleeping pills, anti-anxiety, psychotropic drugs; 4. Patients who cannot use VR.
