Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Female patients; 2. 18 <= age <= 65 years old; 3. Those meet the diagnostic criteria of vulvar lichen sclerosus and excludes atypical lesions and malignant tumors; 4. Patients with complete clinical data, good compliance, and regular follow-up during and after treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Persons who are allergic to the study drug; 2. Those who suffer from photosensitizing diseases; 3. Those who used steroid hormones or immune inhibitor 3 months before treatment; 4. Pregnant, lactating women and prepubescent children; 5. Reproductive tract infection; 6.Patients with severe cardiovascular or liver and kidney diseases.
