Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-35 years old; 2. Presence of psychotic experience, confirmed by the Structured Interview for Psychosis-risk Syndromes (SIPS) assessment of at least one positive scale with a maximum score of 35 points, and the frequency, intensity, etc. meet the definition of APS in the SIPS interview; 3. Posttraumatic Stress Disorder Checklist (PCL) total score >=38; 4. Clinician Administered PTSD Scale (CAPS) score >=40 points; 5. Understand the purpose and setting of this study and be willing to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently receiving psychotherapy or have participated in trauma-focused psychotherapy in the past; 2. Diagnosed with psychotic disorder or traumatic brain injury; 3. Have a serious and immediate risk of suicide, with a high risk in the "suicide" section of the Mini-International Neuropsychiatric Interview (MINI), and have strong suicidal thoughts recently; 4. Failure to guarantee compliance with treatment settings (e.g., time, place, etc.); 5. There was a change in the medication regimen within 1 month before the evaluation.
