Test group:Anesthesia induction and maintenance with remimazolam

Control group:Anesthesia induction and maintenance with propofol

55 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 55–80 years, scheduled for elective thoracoscopic partial pulmonary resection. 2. Classified as ASA physical status I–III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiopulmonary impairment. 2. Allergy to study medications (remimazolam, esketamine, or related agents). 3. Comorbidities including psychiatric disorders, cognitive dysfunction,severe hypertension,diabetes,pheochromocytoma, or uncontrolled hyperthyroidism. 4. Chronic use of analgesics/sedatives within 3 months prior to surgery.
