Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The course of the stroke was <= 6 months. 2. The swallowing function and speech function of the patient were normal before the onset of the stroke. 3. Fluent communication in Mandarin before onset. 4. Clear consciousness, able to cooperate with evaluation and examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable illness or coma; 2. Concurrent serious heart, liver, kidney diseases and infections; 3. Combined presence of aphasia or speech loss; 4. Tracheotomy status; 5. Previous or concurrent diseases that affect swallowing and speech function, such as head and neck tumors, vocal cord surgery, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's syndrome, myasthenia gravis, and a history of head and neck radiation therapy.
