18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The current diagnosis represents the first episode of the disease; 2.Non-contrast chest CT and pulmonary artery phase contrast-enhanced CT were performed within 1 day after the initial onset; 3.At least one non-contrast chest CT scan was conducted within 1 year prior to the first episode; 4.Complete clinical data are available; 5.Willing and able to participate in the study, capable of signing informed consent, and demonstrating good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Incomplete clinical or imaging data; 2.Poor image quality unsuitable for diagnostic evaluation; 3.Difficulty in delineating the region of interest (ROI); 4.Severe pulmonary consolidation; 5.Other types of pulmonary embolism such as tumor embolism, amniotic fluid embolism, fat embolism, or air embolism; 6.Participation in other drug clinical trials or discontinuation of investigational drugs for less than 3 months; 7.Patients unable to cooperate with study-related examinations or unwilling to provide informed consent.
