Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ICU Patient Inclusion Criteria: 1. Be at least 18 years old; 2. Treatment in the intensive care unit for not less than 3 days; 3. Have 6 or more immediate blood glucose samples on the first day of ICU admission; 4. Informed consent of the person or family members and signing of the informed consent form. ICU Healthcare Staff Inclusion Criteria: 1.ICU working hours> = 5 years; 2. Bachelor degree or above; 3. Intermediate title or above; 4. Voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ICU Patient Exclusion Criteria: 1. Pregnant patients; 2. Patients with severe pancreatitis, immune diseases, thyroid diseases, severe malnutrition, and long-term use of glucocorticoids before admission; 3. The patient is readmitted to the ICU during the same hospitalization; 4. Those who automatically withdraw during the course of the study. ICU Healthcare Worker Exclusion Criteria: 1. Trainees; 2. Rotation of medical staff; 3. Those who automatically quit in the middle of the process.
