Multimodal AI Framework-based agent group:The agent will execute three core functions: (i) interactive consultation, (ii) intelligent case management, and (iii) care coordination.
Interactive Consulta
(ii) assess decision-making status, providing tailored counseling and resources
and (iii) manage the full cycle of HBV screening and vaccination with automated reminders and follow-up consultations.
Care Coordination: The agent will collaborate with a nurse-led multidisciplinary
Control group:Usual care. Only receiving general health education on hepatitis B prevention.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Rural household registration population, low-income groups with incomes below the local average, or mobile populations engaged in basic labor (living continuously outside their for more than 6 months), such as migrant workers and food delivery workers; 2. Aged 18–65 years; 3. No hepatitis B screening history in the past 3 years; 4. No history of hepatitis B vaccination; 5. No other chronic liver diseases; 6. With certain comprehension and expression abilities.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known hepatitis B infected individuals; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Those with combined tumors, cardiopulmonary renal insufficiency; 4. Individuals with mental disorders.
