Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke formulated by the 4th National Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases, and confirmed by head CT or MRI diagnosis; 2. within 6 months after the first stroke; 3. Age 40-70 years old; 4. Stable vital signs, clear consciousness, high compliance, and can cooperate with research; 5. Holden walking function level 2 and above; 6. Good cardiopulmonary function and ability to tolerate rehabilitation training; 7. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Osteoarticular diseases: such as fracture surgery, osteoarthritis; 2. malignant progressive hypertension; 3. malignant tumors; 4. thrombosis; 5. pre-existing mental illness.
