Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years; 2.Patients diagnosed with unresectable HCC according to China's liver cancer diagnosis and treatment guidelines through clinical or pathological diagnostic criteria; At least one measurable tumor lesion confirmed by enhanced computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging based on the modified Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (mRECIST); 3.Patients who have completed liver and spleen stiffness measurements, complete blood count, liver function tests, abdominal ultrasound or abdominal CT scans, and alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) tests; 4.Outpatient/hospital visit records or telephone follow-up duration >=1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with concurrent function failure of vital organs such as heart, lung, or kidney; 2.Patients with confirmed diagnosis of malignant liver tumors or malignant tumors in other sites; 3.Patients who have undergone splenectomy or those with imaging findings indicating splenic vein thrombosis; 4.Patients with a history of autoimmune diseases, hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism, or asthma requiring treatment; 5.Patients with a history of allogeneic organ transplantation, including those who have undergone liver or kidney transplantation; 6.Patients with incomplete clinical or follow-up information
