Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children who met the criteria for tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and treatment of obstructive sleep apnea in Children (2020) and were included in the clinical pathway management; 2. Aged 2-8 years old; 3.The modified Yale Preoperative Anxiety Scale (m-YPAS) score exceeded 28 when entering the waiting room; 4. No previous surgical history; 5. The children's guardians had a certain education level and informed consent for this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental retardation, disorder or neurological symptoms of mental illness; 2. Combined with secretory otitis media; 3. Congenital heart disease or other surgical contraindications; 4. Family members refused to cooperate.
