Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with depression: 1 were diagnosed by doctors and met the diagnostic criteria of depression in the International Classification of Diseases, 10th edition (ICD-10); 2 Have a permanent family caregiver; 3 Age 12 > Age = 18 years; 2 Live together with the subject and have a blood relationship, dependency, or marriage relationship, such as the subject's spouse, parents, children, brothers and sisters; 3 To take care of the subject (the longest period of care since the subject became ill); 4 Ability to communicate in language and writing required for research; 5 Conscious, informed consent and voluntary participation in this investigation. Agreed to participate in this project.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Depressed subjects: people with serious chronic illness, such as work of breathing failure, cardiac failure, malignant cancer, and other mental illness.; Family caregivers: 1 Patients with serious chronic diseases, such as work of breathing failure, cardiac failure, cancer, etc; 2 Encounter other major stress events within a year, such as bereavement, car accidents, etc; 3 Those who receive the reward. Have a history of disease;
