Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All participants are rural left behind children aged 3-5 years old; 2. Children who cooperate with the examination during the research process; 3. Left behind children refer to children whose parents or one parent work outside for more than one month each year, and are raised and cared for by one parent, grandparents, or other relatives.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with severe systemic diseases; 2. Unable to cooperate with investigators; 3. The guardian is unwilling to participate in the study.
