Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. At least 14 years old; 2. Patients with AML,ALL-B, ALL-T, MM, MPAL after initial diagnosis; 3. Newly diagnosed patients receive standard treatment. Inclusion criteria of healthy subjects: residual samples of bone marrow transplant matching from healthy volunteer donors. 4.The inclusion criteria for healthy individuals: remaining samples from HLA matching for bone marrow transplantation of healthy volunteer donors.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients younger than 14 years of age; 2. Non-newly diagnosed patients; 3. Patients with the above diseases are not newly diagnosed; 4. When the diagnosis is clear, the treatment is abandoned. Exclusion criteria for healthy persons: patients with malignant tumors and cardiopulmonary failure affecting life. 5.Exclusion criteria for healthy individuals: Patients with malignant tumors or cardiopulmonary failure that is life-threatening;
