Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute myocardial infarction group: (1) Definite diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction (no requirements for the culprit vessel or whether there are multi-vessel lesions); (2) The time from symptom onset to receiving direct percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is less than 24 hours; (3) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for acute myocardial infarction, with laboratory tests showing serum troponin > 99% upper limit of normal (ULN), or electrocardiogram (ECG) showing clear evidence of myocardial infarction (ST-segment elevation > 0.1 mV or new pathological Q waves). 2. Coronary heart disease group: (1) Coronary artery mild stenosis or above shown by coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) or coronary angiography; (2) Without a diagnostic report of coronary angiography or CCTA, but diagnosed with multiple high-risk factors for coronary heart disease (hyperlipidemia, diabetes, hypertension) and having experienced angina symptoms in the past. 3. Healthy group: (1) Patients who have no significant coronary artery stenosis or only mild stenosis that does not cause significant myocardial ischemia as shown by coronary angiography or coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA); (2) Those with normal cardiac function within the normal range as determined by echocardiography or cardiac magnetic resonance imaging, and no other structural heart diseases except for mild valvular regurgitation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged under 18 years old; 2. With a history of myocardial infarction or stroke in the past; 3. Previously diagnosed with rheumatic diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, ANCA-associated vasculitis, etc. 4. Those who are unable to provide informed consent.
