Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with monocular traumatic optic neuropathy; 2.The age range of the subjects is 14 to 70 years old (including 14 and 70 years old); 3.Consciousness with a GCS score of 12 or above;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Global injury; 2.Presence of optic nerve injury outside the optic canal; 3.Pregnant or breastfeeding; 4.Individuals with cognitive or behavioral issues who are unable to cooperate in completing relevant examinations and follow-up work; 5.Participate in other clinical studies;
