Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 <= age <= 60 years old ; 2. Those who took CBCT in our hospital within half a year ; 3. To have the ability to make informed consent and sign informed consent ; 4. Difficult impacted mandibular third molars, that is, their panoramic radiographs and CBCT images meet at least one of the following conditions : (1) All or most of the teeth are buried in the bone ; (2) root contact, compression, protruding into the mandibular canal or neural tube through the root ; (3) patients with obvious root curvature, hypertrophy or tooth bone adhesion ; (4) The dislocation path was greatly blocked by adjacent teeth.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of systemic disease, oral and maxillofacial surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy history ; 2. Impacted or missing adjacent teeth, extensive caries, severe periodontitis, jaw cysts, etc. ; 3. There is limited mouth opening or poor patient cooperation ( such as pharyngeal reflex sensitivity, patients are afraid of the operation can not be sustained, etc. ) ; 4. Incomplete root development ; 5. Overweight patients : BMI > 32 ; 6. There are contraindications for tooth extraction.
