Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective percutaneous intracranial aneurysm embolization in the neurosurgery department of Xuanwu Hospital between March 2025 and March 2026, regardless of gender; age >= 60 years old; patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-III; expected surgical time <= 3h; patients who voluntarily sign the "Subject Informed Consent Form".
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of oropharyngeal and pharyngeal malformations or surgery, as well as limited mouth opening; limited cervical motion (forward flexion 35kg/m^2; patients with cognitive dysfunction and inability to cooperate.
