Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years, gender is not limited; 2. Hospitalized patients with clinical diagnosis of acute decompensated heart failure, among which the diagnosis time of patients with acute decompensated heart failure is no more than 48 hours when using recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide; 3. Patients presenting at the target center with recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide >=72 hours; 4. NYHA Cardiac Function Grading III.~IV. (refer to the Cardiac Function Grading of the New York College of Cardiology); 5. NT-proBNP>300pg/ml.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with cardiogenic shock, systolic blood pressure <90mmHg, severe valvular stenosis/obstructive cardiomyopathy, or uncontrolled malignant arrhythmia; 2. Those with severe liver or kidney dysfunction; 3. Cases that researchers believe affect the evaluation of the investigated drug and are not suitable for collection.
