Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with UC at Peking Union Medical College Hospital from January 2000 to November 2024, with at least 2 medical records, were included. The diagnostic criteria were based on the "Chinese clinical practice guideline on the management of ulcerative colitis(2023,Xi'an)"; 2. Age not limited, male or female not limited; 3. Complete clinical data, including patient general information, clinical symptoms, laboratory tests (blood routine, biochemistry, immunity, inflammation and infection indicators), auxiliary examinations (abdominal imaging, endoscopy), etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with less than 2 medical records and clinical indicators; 2. Patients diagnosed with uncertain colitis or unable to rule out diseases such as lymphoma, bacterial dysentery, and intestinal tuberculosis; 3. Combined malignant diseases and other autoimmune diseases; 4. Pregnant and lactating women or women planning to conceive; 5. Disagree or inability to perform endoscopic and other related examinations.
