Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Families who successfully gave birth after ART assisted reproduction at our reproductive center from 2003 to 2024 and were followed up at the reproductive follow-up center.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Egg or sperm supply; 2.Preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) treatment before embryo implantation; 3.Both or one of the couple has a history of smoking and alcohol abuse before or during pregnancy; 4.Both spouses or one spouse has serious basic medical diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, etc; 5.Newborn death or severe congenital disease; 6.Database information is incorrect or missing;
