Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age and gender are not limited. 2.Patients who visited the Neurology and Hand Microsurgery outpatient departments of Peking University Shenzhen Hospital from February 2024 to February 2025; 3.Patients diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and able to tolerate surgery;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with mania and other conditions that cannot cooperate with the surgery; 2.The surgery cannot be tolerated due to underlying diseases, etc; 3.Unable to cooperate with the follow-up;
