Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old 2. CRRT treatment: (1) unmanageable volume overload associated with organ edema or drug overdoses and toxins that can be cleared by dialysis; (2) Uncorrectable acidosis (metabolic or mixed acidosis, blood pH 6.5 mmol/L; Blood sodium > 160mmol/L or blood sodium 30 mmol/L), (6) others 3. Agree to join the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with high risk of bleeding; 2. Contraindications to the use of sodium citrate; 3. Contraindications to the use of Nafamostat Mesilate; 4. Chronic renal insufficiency patients on regular long-term dialysis; 5. AKI (Acute Kidney Injury) due to permanent bilateral renal artery occlusion or surgical damage; 6. AKI caused by glomerulonephritis, interstitial nephritis, or vasculitis; 7. Patients currently receiving systemic anticoagulation (heparin/LMWH/warfarin, etc.); 8. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 9. Patients who have undergone kidney transplantation within the past year; 10. HIV infection; 11. Participation in other clinical intervention trials within the past 3 months.
