Test A Group :The first stage of dynamic warm-up, after an interval of 24 hours, and the second stage of dynamic warm-up combined with blood flow restriction
Test B Group :The first stage of dynamic warm-up combined with blood flow restriction is followed by a 24-hour interval followed by a second-stage dynamic warm-up

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study participants were required to have two or more years of training and participation experience, be in good health, and have no serious past medical history or other medical conditions that could affect athletic performance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Musculoskeletal disease or neurological dysfunction, cardiovascular or respiratory disease, history of surgery within the past six months, and medication ingestion (such as anti-inflammatory drugs or muscle relaxants)
