Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the relevant diagnostic criteria of the Childhood Neuroblastoma Diagnostic and Treatment Guidelines (2021 Edition). 2.Complete clinical baseline information is available; 3.Previously completed assays for key HH signalling pathway component proteins SHH, PTCH, SMO, Gli.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with malignant tumours of other systems; 2.Children with heart, brain, kidney and other organ failure; 3.Exclude other diseases that cause abnormal expression levels of SHH, PTCH, SMO, Gli.
