Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=60 years old; 2.Patients diagnosed with osteoporosis by a clinician according to the main points of osteoporosis diagnosis and treatment in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoporosis in the Elderly revised in 2023; 3. Surgical treatment in hospital; 4. Clear consciousness, have a certain ability to recognize and understand text, and can understand the instructions and investigation content of researchers; 5. Know the purpose of this study, sign informed consent, and voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The condition is critical or the condition will change at any time; 2.Patients who could not undergo surgery due to various factors; 3. Patients with old fracture or accompanied by malignant tumor or pathological fracture; 4.Patients who can not take care of themselves before the fracture (such as bed rest for 6 months before the fracture).
