18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. newly diagnosed patients with multiple myeloma who are eligible for transplantation and for whom transplantation is planned after induction therapy; 2. age: 18-70 years old; 3. signing of an informed consent form indicating that the subject understands the purpose of the study and the procedures required and is willing to participate in the study; and willingness to be followed up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who were not suitable for transplantation; 2. the presence of conditions judged by other investigators to be unsuitable for participation in this study.
