Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke as defined in China's Key Diagnostic Points for Major Cerebrovascular Diseases 2019, with confirmation by CT/MRI; 2.Conscious, in stable condition, and possessing adequate comprehension and communication abilities; 3.Aged >=18 years; 4.PCL-5 score >=33; 5.Owning a smartphone and capable of independently using mobile applications such as WeChat; 6.Providing informed consent and voluntarily participating in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Comorbid with malignant tumors or other severe organ diseases; 2. History of mental disorders or presence of cognitive/intellectual impairment; 3. Currently participating in similar research studies.
