Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years old. 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of severe CAP; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of viral infection; 4. Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria or confirmed diagnosis of invasive fungi; 5. For patients with multiple RICU admissions, only the data of the first admission were included in the statistical analysis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age < 18 years old; 2. Pregnant or lactating women. 3. Malignant tumors, hematological malignancies, hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, solid organ transplantation; 4. Incomplete clinical data; 5. Virus infection, invasive mold infection without microbiological evidence.
