Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing kidney transplant surgery under general anesthesia at The First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. Provided written informed consent and voluntarily agreed to participate after full explanation of the study protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with preoperative consciousness disturbance or cognitive impairment; 2. Multi-organ transplant recipients; 3. Patients unable to complete delirium assessments due to psychiatric disorders, hearing/visual impairments; 4. Chronic use of antipsychotics or benzodiazepines (>1 month) before surgery; 5. Preoperative MMSE scores below education-adjusted cutoffs (Illiterate <=17, Elementary <=20, Secondary <=22, College <=23); 6. Patients who died within 24 hours postoperatively;
