65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. BMI18~30kg/m^2, age over 65 years old, and plan to need ductus arteriosus placement in the upper limb or lower limb under general anesthesia; 2. Patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I-III; 4. Patient signs informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of relevant contraindications to drug use; 2. Presence of a history of severe psychiatric illness; 3. Severe organic lesions of other vital organs (heart, lungs, brain, kidneys). 4. Patients with acute respiratory disease, preoperative atelectasis, history of previous intrathoracic surgery, impaired cardiopulmonary status, or intraoperative non-supine position are excluded from the study.
