Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing hip/knee replacement; 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade >= ?.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with preoperative central nervous system disease or mental disorders; 2.Patients with dysfunction of heart, liver, lung, kidney and other organs can not tolerate surgery or general anesthesia; 3.Communication disorders, inability to cooperate with postoperative questionnaires and other patients.
