Fracture of hip hifracture

Interventions

Experimental group: Bupivacaine liposome group (Group C):Use 10 mL of bupivacaine liposome (133 mg) + 30 mL of 0.9% saline for a total of 40 mL to perform an ultrasound-guided inguinal approach fascia
Control group: Ropivacaine hydrochloride group (Group D):Use 40mL of 0.25% hydrochloric ropivacaine injection for ultrasound-guided inguinal approach iliac fascia block.

65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years and <= 90 years, no restriction on gender; 2. Admitted due to fragility hip fractures, scheduled for surgery; 3. ASA classification I to IV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Fractures that do not meet inclusion criteria, such as pathological fractures, pelvic fractures, or old fractures; 2. Patients who do not understand the trial methods or refuse the trial, and those who are allergic to any drug components; 3. Use of opioid drugs within 24 hours before surgery; 4. Presence of contraindications for nerve block (infection at the insertion site, coagulopathy, International Normalized Ratio > 1.4, platelet count < 80×10^9/L)
