Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients: 1) diagnosed according to the criteria of the 2021 Guidelines for the diagnosis and Treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and GOLD stage 1-3; 2) patients who have passed the acute attack period and are in stable condition; 3) sufficient cognitive ability to answer questions; 4) Willing to communicate and cooperate. (2) Primary caregivers: 1) Caregivers aged >= 18 years old; 2) If the daily care time is >= 4 hours and the cumulative care time is >= 3 months, no remuneration will be paid for the care behavior; 3) Able to read and express, use smart phone, and complete the questionnaire by themselves or with the assistance of researchers; 4) If there were multiple caregivers, the family member with the longest care time was selected; 5) The caregivers voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients: 1) Complicated with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, serious liver and kidney diseases, malignant tumors (lung cancer) and other serious diseases; 2) History of cognitive dysfunction or psychiatric disorders; (2) Primary caregivers: 1) caregivers with severe physical or mental illness, cognitive and language dysfunction; 2) participating in other studies;
