Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adolescent Social Anxiety Scale (SAS-A) score in the top 27%; 2. Chinese junior high school students between the ages of 12 and 16; 3. Have a mobile phone or computer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have taken psychotropic drugs in the past three months; 2. Received psychological treatment within the past three months; 3. There is a risk of suicide and self-harm; 4. Low motivation to participate or unable to participate in all projects.
