Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.In line with the diagnostic and classification criteria for elderly type 2 diabetes proposed in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Elderly diabetes (2024); 2.Age>=60 years old; 3.Clear consciousness, no hearing or communication barriers; 4.No physical disabilities, able to move independently and cooperate with physical exercise; 5.Patients voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Complications of diabetes (acute or chronic); 2.Fasting blood glucose above 16.7mmol/L; 3.Combined with severe liver and kidney dysfunction (stage 3 or above of kidney disease); 4.There are contraindications for testing with an InBody human body composition analyzer: having pacemakers such as the heart, and having metal objects in the body such as heart bypass grafting.
