Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The first part is a prospective observational study Inclusion criteria for the observation group: 1. Age 6-10 years, male or female; 2. According to the BMI in the Health Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China (WS/T 586-2018), meet the diagnostic criteria for overweight and obesity; 3. Voluntarily participate in the study and have the informed consent form signed by the guardian, understand and comply with the protocol requirements of the project research. Inclusion criteria for the control group: healthy children aged 1.6-10 years, male or female; 2. Voluntarily participate in the study and have the informed consent form signed by the guardian, understand and comply with the protocol requirements of the study of this project. The second part is an exploratory self-controlled study Inclusion Criteria: 1. Age 6-10 years, male or female; 2. Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The first part is a prospective observational study 1. Suffering from chronic organic diseases; 2. Infectious diseases such as hepatitis B, active tuberculosis, and AIDS; 3. Any history of psychiatric illness, epilepsy or use of anti-epileptic therapy. The second part is an exploratory self-controlled study 1. Suffering from chronic organic diseases; 2.
