Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years old, gender is not limited. 2. Patients with advanced cancer, receiving designated chemotherapy drugs for the first time. 3. KPS score >=60 points, no underlying diseases such as diabetes. 4. No obvious symptoms of peripheral neuropathy, NCI-CTCAE rating of grade I. 5. Expected survival time>=3 months, no severe liver and kidney damage or cardiovascular disease. 6. No painkillers within 14 days and no other chemotherapy within 6 months. 7. Have signed the informed consent form, are expected to have good compliance, and can complete follow-up and scale assessments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Peripheral neuropathy caused by other causes. 2. Other malignant tumors, pregnant or lactating women. 3. Severe infection, trauma, hypotension, hypoxia. 4. Participated in other drug clinical trials within four weeks. 5. Illiterate, intellectually disabled, mentally ill. 6. Other lesions that reduce the likelihood of enrollment or complicate enrollment.
