Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 20-80 years. 2.Signed informed consent for colonoscopy and polypectomy. 3.Diagnosis of colorectal polyp(s) by electronic colonoscopy, meeting all of the following characteristics: Paris classification: Type IIa, Is, or P NBI pit pattern: Kudo's classification Type II-IV Size: 6-15 mm (measured endoscopically using snare catheter with 2.4 mm diameter as reference) Deemed appropriate for CSP (Cold Snare Polypectomy) Note: Only one qualifying polyp per patient will be enrolled to ensure specimen retrieval efficiency during repeat scope insertion.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Not cooperating with sampling or not signing the informed consent form; 2. Inflammatory bowel disease; 3. Tumors of the digestive tract; 4. Oral anticoagulant and/or antiplatelet drugs; 5. Pregnancy, lactation and female menstrual period; 6. Have serious systemic diseases, such as severe cardiopulmonary function or liver and kidney dysfunction, hematologic, central nervous system or psychiatric diseases; 7. Need for hemodialysis; 8. Endoscopic manifestations of pitting and suspicious cancerous lesions. 9. Polyps greater than 1 or more. 10. Peculated polyps, pedicle width or length >= 10mm.
