18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Postoperative pathological confirmation of lung adenocarcinoma; (2) No preoperative radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or immunotherapy; (3) Availability of complete tumor and adjacent normal tissue specimens; (4) Complete clinical data with informed consent from the patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of other malignant tumors; (2) Presence of autoimmune diseases or long-term use of immunosuppressive medications; (3) Poor tissue sample preservation or insufficient sample quantity; (4) Refusal to participate in the study.
