Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Intern nursing students who have successfully passed the pre-job training of the hospital; 2. The internship time in the department is at least one month; 3. Voluntarily join the study and comply with relevant regulations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nursing students who are interning in the department; 2. CInterns who transfer departments or take vacations; 3. The internship time is less than one month.
