18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18 or older; 2.The preoperative diagnosis was BPH based on the patient's medical history, physical examination and related tests; 3.There are surgical indications and all are scheduled for HoLEP treatment; 4.Voluntary participation and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Urinary incontinence before surgery; 2.Patients with prostate cancer indicated by preoperative prostate biopsy or postoperative pathology; 3.Patients who have been diagnosed with neurogenic bladder, overactive bladder, etc. before the operation; 4.Patients with mental illness who cannot cooperate; 5.Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency and neurological diseases.
