Dual-channel visual debridement group :Debridement is performed with debridement instruments under dual-channel visualization
Traditional debridement group :Conventional flushing and debridement with a stone retrieval net were performed using a choledochoscope.

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 - 80 years old, regardless of gender; 2. Patients diagnosed with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) according to the latest revised Atlanta classification and treatment guidelines; 3. Imaging confirms the presence of necrotic collections in the peripancreatic or retroperitoneal area and there is a puncture path; 4. Willingly accept diagnosis and treatment and sign the informed consent form before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with significantly abnormal coagulation time and obvious bleeding tendency; 2. Those for whom radiomics indicates that the infectious accumulation is in an area that is difficult for the puncture needle to reach, or those who may have damage to adjacent vital organs; 3. Those with failure of multiple systemic organs and extremely poor general condition; 4. Those who refuse to participate in or withdraw from this experiment midway.
