Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Mothers who voluntarily give birth naturally. 2.The ASA classification is Level II. 3.III is over 18 years old. 4. Full-term pregnancy and labor. 5. Has no serious cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases. 6. Mothers are able to have good communication with follow-up patients. 7. Voluntarily participates in this study and signs the relevant informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Postpartum women who undergo cesarean section during the first stage of labor. 2.Has unstable psychiatric or depressive disorders. 3.Has serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. 4. Has a history of abuse of ketamine or other drugs. 5.Took a certain medication for a long time within the first 6 months of the study. 6 .Has a long-term habit of excessive drinking. 7.Cannot communicate well.
