Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) the individuals who participated in the CPHS baseline survey and were included in the baseline data analyses; (2) with correct ID number and phone number; (3) sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) can not be verified as a CPHS baseline participant by ID number matched; (2) incapable of taking pre- and post-bronchodilator spirometry tests for reasons other than death; (3) request to withdraw the informed consent; (4) terminate due to medical or ethical considerations judged by investigators and/or ethics committee.
