Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients over 18 years old; (2) Patients who were undergoing elective valve repair or replacement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Intraoperative death; (2) There was liver dysfunction caused by liver cirrhosis and hepatitis before the operation; (3) Death within 24 hours after the operation; (4) The clinical data are incomplete.
