Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Tibial plateau fracture involving lateral anteroposterior; 2.There is no open wound at the fracture end; 3.No obvious ipsilateral displacement, affecting the reduction of ankle, knee and other parts of the fracture; 4.Normal cardiopulmonary function, stable hemodynamics, resistant to surgery; 5.No obvious osteoporosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Complex, comminuted or even multi-segmental tibial plateau fracture; 2.Combined with open injury, and the scope of the wound involves the operative area; 3.Combined with ipsilateral knee and ankle injury, fracture displacement, affecting the surgical method; 4.Preoperative severe hypertension (>180/110mmHg) and unable to control; Patients with preoperative blood glucose > 13.9mmol/L and no control; Patients with severe heart and lung diseases and liver and kidney dysfunction; Patients with systemic diseases and immune deficiencies; Patients with poor general condition and severe malnutrition; Patients with infection, bacteremia and septicemia; Other patients who cannot tolerate surgery; 5.Patients with severe osteoporosis affecting the stability of internal fixation; 6.Patients who refuse to cooperate with the experiment; 7.Combined with mental illness or other cognitive disorders, seriously affect the postoperative function evaluation; 8.Patients with pathological fractures.
