Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Patients aged 18 to 75 years diagnosed with stable coronary artery disease, meeting the diagnostic criteria , who have undergone elective percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) via radial artery access, with successful revascularization. (2)Patients assessed by physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation therapists as meeting the indications for cardiac rehabilitation exercise according to the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for Cardiac Rehabilitation and Secondary Prevention, and classified as NYHA Functional Class II–III. (3)Able to communicate normally and follow instructions. (4)Capable of using WeChat and operating a smartphone independently.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)History of severe psychological disorders or psychiatric illness. (2)Presence of serious cardiac arrhythmias, such as atrial fibrillation, sick sinus syndrome, or tachyarrhythmias. (3)Patients with malignant tumors, severe heart failure, respiratory dysfunction, or hepatic/renal impairment. (4)Uncontrolled hypertension (resting blood pressure >160/100 mmHg). (5)Participation in other related rehabilitation programs or clinical studies. (6)Patients who have not provided informed consent.
