Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with chronic pain, who met the clinical diagnostic criteria of pain anxiety or depression, underwent pain assessment, including visual analogue scale (VAS) score, pain perception and emotional state, and pain sensitivity questionnaire; 2.The Leeds Pain Scale in Neuropathic Symptoms and Signs (LANSS) was used to evaluate the patients with neuropathic pain, and the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) were used to evaluate the patients' mood and cognition. 3. Finally, the multimodal MRI data of all subjects' brains were collected, including 3D T1 and resting-state fMRI data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Clinical data and MRI images are incomplete, poor image quality, or presence of contraindications for MRI scanning. 2.Presence of other abnormal head MRI findings, such as cerebral hemorrhage, traumatic brain injury, large cerebral infarction, or definite intracranial tumors. 3.Suffering from other severe somatic diseases. 4.History of alcohol or drug abuse.
