Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Full-term pregnancy, head position, and fetal survival. 2. No fetal malformations and no contraindications for vaginal delivery. 3. When the cervical OS is 2cm or 3cm, the labor progresses slowly and cervical edema is obvious. 4. The pregnant woman's vital signs are stable, with no fever and good mental and emotional state. 5. The amniotic fluid is clear and the fetal heart rate response is good.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of cesarean section or other factors in uterine surgery; 2. Multiple pregnancies such as twins and triples. 3. Pregnant women with no cervical edema and normal progress of labor. 4. The pregnant woman has severe internal and surgical complications.
